After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer very rude, as I was trying to explain that I had mechanical problems with my vehicle, she wanted me to pick up another persons items at a seperate location I told her I needed some of the money at time of pick up, she refused, so I felt like she didnt want to pay at all.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I should have know this was a bad situation from the first conversation when Larry said that I should cancel with uship and work directly with him because he did not get the deposit that uship takes, uship keeps it and basically that uship was a joke. I was flexible with my days, I initially want 7/14 or 15 which Larry stated he could do. Only later he said he needed to change it to the 16th which I agreed upon. On my initial conversation with Larry, I told him that I forgot to add some of my
