Hello, my name is Chris Brown and I have been in the transportation business for over 12 years. In that time I have had the opportunity to move a lot of different things into and out of some very odd places, which gives me the experience needed to transport with the utmost respect for someone else's property and get it delivered in a safe manner. Chris did a great job transporting my boat. He went to great lengths to accommodate my schedule and deliver it on a very specific date and time. He took very good care of the boat on-route. Chris was very easy to deal with and kept in regular communication. I would definitely use him again.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The driver called the day he was supposed to p/u the boat saying he cannot p/u this boat because he has only $45,000 max. insurance coverage instead of $10,000 he listed on uship, I think it is a lie and BS.

I explained to the shipper that my agent in the company that i work with originally told me to stay below $45,000 value on the shipments that i was doing, but i called the corporate headquarters and a person there told me $100,000 was ok but that was the wrong information and when i booked this shipment i did not know this until our divisional manager corrected me, I appoligized to the shipper and iam so very sorry. as every one can see by my feed back I am not one to lie, and I'm honest.CHRIS

Chris was very friendly and easy to deal with. He delived the boat from NY to OR during a horrible winter storm and the boat made the journey safely and in good condition. Chris called frequently to keep informed of his progress and weather conditions. I'd be happy to work with Chris again in the future.
