I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period It is currently Oct 2, 2012 and I have not spoken to the service provider since Sept 6, 2012. This did not strike me as odd due to the fact that my shipment is not due for pick up until Jan. However, on Sept. 24, 2012 I got an email from uship customer care telling me that there had been some issues with choosechildren and they are permanently deleted from uship. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This shipper never showed up never called and I have tried to call them several times and they will not respond to my calls at all. They are a bad bad company.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After several attempts to contact this shipper in a 24 hour period, I did not receive any confirmation of services or a time of pick up. Several attempts were made through email, phone calls, and calls to Amber's cell phone. We were promised a confirmation call 24 hrs prior to our pick up date and nothing. This is unacceptable when relying on a company to provide a service that you have already paid 1/2 deposit to. Communication is key to a successful business and I do not see any of it.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I paid the full amount ($1500) August 14th. After the pickup date kept sliding & I was offered one excuse after another, there has been no return contact from the operator (choosechildren) this month despite my repeated emails & phone calls (voicemail full most of the time) I would like to have 100% of my money refunded please to my PayPal account & have the item relisted asap as I urgently need to have it moved.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Amber; from C&A Transport has been very difficult if not impossible to contact. She did not respond to emails and several phone call attempts. After leaving 2 messages, her voicemail box was full, and I could leave no more messages. She did not show up to the pick-up address at the time and date she said she would and kept changing the date of pick-up with the person who is holding my dog.
