Our transportation company is family owned and operated. We value cutomer service and communication while striving to give your pet or other cargo needs the best transport experience available. We have experience transporting various types of animals some of which include livestock, horses, cattle, cats and dogs. We also have experience hauling boats and fulfilling home moving needs. We recognize each customer has individual needs and work to meet those needs and treat each transport as if it were our own. We know that attention to detail, and comfort is important for pet transport and work to meet your requirements in a timely manner. We have many vehicles that are pictured in our profile. For cat and dog transport we prefer our new 2012 Toyota Sienna as it provides the most comfort for your pet.

my dog was delivered, it has been a nightmare. the person who delivered him said it was the first time they delivered animals. obviously the c&a transport is a broker. I thought they were the shipper. there was a plastic bin that was supposed to be with my dog that was not delivered(vet papers, food, a printer and a few other odds and ends. never got there. spoke with amber, I offered to pay more to get the package to correct destination. she said no problem. that was over a week ago. do not use

On 09/12 when we last spoke you informed me that expected delivery would be 09/15-16 but no delivery as of today 09/19. Understood there could be delays. Amber and her team were great to this first timer. Communication was excellent. Updates came often along with pictures along the way. My new family member Chloe was delivered happy and safe. C & A Transport took wonderful care of our precious cargo! They sent us texts and photos of the dogs along the route and were available to us at all times during the transport. They also made certain that the delivery time would work for us with our schedules. Would recommend and use again.

I tried to call several times the day before the day of and the day after. My daughter called also and they never answered the phone nor returned any calls that we were able to leave messages. Most times the mailbox waw full. Don't give me that crap I did not answer at a resonable time. You were suppose to call me the day before and you never did. You never even answered for 2 days after.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We were happy to have our bid accepted and work to make your transport an easy one. Our truck will not be able to accommodate the need you have as you have to fly out of town. Our job has to take into account weather, traffic, and unforseen things that come up as we travel on the road. We don't want to hold you up and make your transition difficult. We decided to cancel so that you may pursue other arrangements as you see fit.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period It is currently Oct 2, 2012 and I have not spoken to the service provider since Sept 6, 2012. This did not strike me as odd due to the fact that my shipment is not due for pick up until Jan. However, on Sept. 24, 2012 I got an email from uship customer care telling me that there had been some issues with choosechildren and they are permanently deleted from uship. No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After several attempts to contact this shipper in a 24 hour period, I did not receive any confirmation of services or a time of pick up. Several attempts were made through email, phone calls, and calls to Amber's cell phone. We were promised a confirmation call 24 hrs prior to our pick up date and nothing. This is unacceptable when relying on a company to provide a service that you have already paid 1/2 deposit to. Communication is key to a successful business and I do not see any of it.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I paid the full amount ($1500) August 14th. After the pickup date kept sliding & I was offered one excuse after another, there has been no return contact from the operator (choosechildren) this month despite my repeated emails & phone calls (voicemail full most of the time) I would like to have 100% of my money refunded please to my PayPal account & have the item relisted asap as I urgently need to have it moved. She did not respond to emails and several phone call attempts. After leaving 2 messages, her voicemail box was full, and I could leave no more messages.
