We are a professional moving company with over 20 years of experience. Our employees are well trained, efficient and courteous. We do not operate under these conditions, and we have references to prove it, also I hired this individual to move items to North Carolina for me. I gave him specific instructions not too deliver until he receive payment, this idiot delivered the items anyway and the customer wrote him a bad check. First of all we do not under no circumstances accept checks at all unless it is a cashiers check, now he wants me too pay him, sorry.

Agreement with Antonio was that he would move all the contents of our 3 BR home. He assured us that he could move ALL of it in a 26 ft truck and if not, he would arrange for the rest to be moved. He said he could fit a 4 BR w/basement in that size truck. This did not happen. Now he won't return my calls or e-mails and make good on his promise. 3 weeks later, we had to hire another trucker for $500 more to move the rest and Antonio was already paid in full and is ignoring me.

First, you guys rescheduled the first move within 24 hours, that caused us to change everything around on short notice. You did not consider the trip and delivering well into the night and helping you guys move other furniture out beforewe could move items in.

Overall, I was happy with the delivery of my piano. It was disappointing that the first attempt at pickup was delayed, but it had more to do with problems at delivery place. But through continued communication, pickup and delivery was completed, even a little earlier than expected at first. I certainly did appreciate the communication by Antonio, as well as the care he took with my piano. Thank you so much!

Best moving experience ever! Antonio and his team called to let me know when they were about an hour away. They showed up when they said they would, were polite, took great care of my furniture and delivered it the very next morning to its location in another state. I would use them again for a move big or small.
