They did not work with me when I thought the E-brake was broken. They damaged the front fascia, and I had to call them and stay on hold for 10 minutes to ask for a claim, they emailed me instructions about how I have to take pictures and get 2 estimates and send to them before they will do anything. The previous owner verified the new damage via pics and it looks like the towers got lazy and knew the fascia was being pushed and went ahead and loaded it anyway.TOTAL DISREGARD FOR MY GOOD PROPERTY
