What great service we received from Cheetah Express! I was called at work so we could co-ordinate the pick up, my chairs were protected very well, Tony went above and beyond making sure the chairs made it to Texas as promised, he had the drive call our son to co-ordinate delivery, all chairs safe and sound when they arrived. I will use USHIP again, Thanks Tony you have a great team, I will be a repeat customer.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Shipper cancelled after three days with of selecting bid now price. With me know incurring multiple costs

I called several times prior to the pick up day. My driver was in transit to pick up car. My truck encountered clutch problems on alligator hwy 75. I then immediately called the shipper to inform of my first time truck problems on Uship. I also called several contacts in the Fl. area to try and have them pick up car. As far as multiple cost encountered, I do know there was already storage charges incurred prior to me selecting this bid item. Again, I regret that I could not handle your shipment.

Everything was perfect. Tony was great to work with, and so was the driver. I got regular updates on ETA. The real plus for me is that they shipped my boat on a flat-bed truck, trailer and all, so it saved quite a bit of wear and tear on the trailer and brakes. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use these guys again. You won't be disappointed.

I made several attempts by asking others carriers in the area if they could help out. I truly regret I could not pick up your vehicle as planned due to truck problems. This is my first issue I ever had not to make a pick up. The incurring cost is out of my control as I understand there were previous cost prior to my book it now selection. My sincere regret and hope you get a new TSP. Tony
