Boat was here 1 day sooner than originally told. Provider was in constant contact with us the entire time. He answered his phone with each and every phone call and continually gave updates on our pontoon during it's travel to Pennsylvania. Pontoon traveled from Salt Lake City, Utah to Pennsylvania.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Anthony had great communication with me through the beginning stages. The only reason that I canceled was because the warehouse where Anthony had to go to pick up the bikes were unable to accommodate the time that day and time that was needed. Anthony's communication was awesome!!!!

Well, we tried to accomodate the pick up times, but the warehouse was not willing to work with me or my driver. Edwin was great to work for his support as well. Good luck..... Maybe next time.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped Tony and his team were great and very easy to work with. I bought the boat that they were to ship on ebay and it was badly misrepresented and I didn't purchase the boat. So I didn't need their service but if I ever do need something shipped I would definitely use them.
