The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services
Shipper showed up early the owner was at work . He said he was going to DC area and would return to pick up the item and call and let me know status never called or picked up item. Called him three days later he laughed and said he came on down and did not pick up item. He is rude on phone does not return calls does not abide to contract

I was at the pickup location when I said I would be, I waited for over an hour after contacting the shipper, no response so I moved on. I cant sit around waiting all day for $75
