1. Excellent Service--good bid, safe rig, friendly. 2. Right on time--he said he would arrive between 7 and 8 and at 7:30 on the dot my phone rang...he was right outside. 3. Communication--superb as Jim was always reachable via phone and email. I considered my schedule more difficult to work with as I travel a lot for business--Jim managed my tight delivery deadline with ease. 4. Overall--I will be moving my bike again next year and know who I will call first.

Chris was a pleasure to deal with. He transported my motorcycle through a strong noreaster--picking the bike up on time in New York city, despite 7 inches of rain that day! As a first time user to uShip, I was a bit hesitant, but Chris' great communication through it all put me at ease. The camera he had mounted inside his trailer gave me that added reassurance that my bike was being handled by a professional (and a motorcyle rider!). My shipment arrived on time in perfect condition.
