I would like to thank chase nation for helping me get my telehandler delivered, Truck driver was very helpfuly, In telling me when he was going to deliver, I wished they would have informed me when they picked it up, so would know it was on its way,and they were doing there job as well, all in all did a good job hurry

Shipping timeframes we not met as per agreement, item was received in satisfactory condition. two to three days from pickup ended up to be over a week

customer is correct delivery time was not met by the driver instead other ltl loads held hi up and he could not unload till monday mornning instead of friday
