On-time delivery with a smile. Tom was polite and curtious. He made certain the load was secure and took every precaution to ensure a safe trip for my boat and trailer. he delivered the boat on time without any issues. He called me a few times a day to give me progress reports. I caused him a bit of delay due to payment issues I had with the seller of the boat. Tom was patient and understanding throughout and still delivered on time. Would not hesitate using him for future trips. Thanks again
