Rating: Positive Left by: rbhajr (11 ) On: 10/13/2009 For: 24 PALLETS OF WOOD PELLETS	Chad was good to work with, even though i had some issue's on my end picking up the load due to a canceled load and accident he was understanding and we got it done, A+ shipper in my book, will definatly haul for again thnak's chad.

Then after the holiday he wanted a truck there immediately. This is a small city and unfortunately we can not have a truck sitting around waiting for this load to be ready.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time they should be taken off the site. i booked with the dates i needed and they agreed knowing the dates and then i paid in full. well no call and they did not show, i called pick up place at 4pm and they have not been there. i had called them and they said oh we could not do it, was trying to be understanding and gave them time and set it up for the week of the 7th. so today on the 10th again i called them and they still had nothing set, this held me up and now i'm screwed and have to start over

The 1st time you wanted a truck, you cancelled our truck costing us a truck ordered not used. You decided to wait. Then you call us after a 3 day week end expecting a truck there within hrs. No way to accomidate this person! Way to hard to work with-Money refunded. Caution control issues...
