The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped
After arriving at the pickup location the item was not available for pick up. I did go to the location and did everything in my power to complete the load. The shipper did not go through the proper steps with Fort Gordon, and they put the truck back in their inventory a month before the shipment was even booked. I am concerned that if the cancellation request is granted, I wont get paid for making the trip. I understand things happen, but I made the trip and I should still get paid. tnx Johnny C

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer
My carrier did not pick up on the initial pick up date. The next morning I was working on getting another carrier to make pick up but the customer refused. The customer stated that he wanted his money refunded which was done. Customer was very nasty with the dispatcher who was only trying to correct the matter at hand.

You still owe me $400. It isn't my fault the truck wasn't there when I got there. I did what you asked of me and you said you would send me the money. I want my money. I will not drop this. Our first attempt at picking up the truck would not start. Then our other truck did not show up so we rescheduled the same day. Customer did not want us to reschedule and cancelled their shipment with us. Customer did not give us the chance to make it right.

MIKE IS A VERY PATIENT GUY. IT TOOK THE GOVERNMENT 6 HOURS TO GET HIM LOADED UP AND NOT ONE COMPLAINT. HE HAD ALL OF MY EQUIPMENT LOADED TO MAXIMIZE HIS TRAILER SPACE AND HE WAS ABLE TO MAKE ONE TRIP VS. THE TWO TRIPS OTHER CARRIERS WERE SUGGESTING. MIKE'S PRICE WAS $100 MORE THAN MY LOWEST BID/OFFER BUT I MADE A GOOD CHOICE. I HOPE THIS FEEDBACK ENCOURAGES YOU TO SELECT MIKE @ MD CARRIERS. PS. BE READY TO TIP. I THINK YOU'LL FEEL THE NEED TO AS I DID; HOWEVER IT WAS CERTAINLY NOT EXPECTED

the truck only had 1/2 of his ramps. the unloading caused major damage to the front loader. trans of florida couldn't care less and would not provide me there insurance info. all buyers should beware.
