Tom and his crew came through with no problems. He communicated well with me, picked up my items on time to avoid any extra storage fees and delivered them just as he said he would. He was a great help to me and I recommend his services.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We arrived at their house to pickup when we said we would, no one was around. Health certificate was not in order, cage was a large metal one, not a plastic shipping crate. So I had no way to lift the cage without putting the dog right against me and risk getting bit. The dog was more than just aggressive. I also recieved rude phone calls and emails about the matter rather than trying to work it out. I was told I should go buy a bag of Mcdonalds burgers to toss to the dog and distract....thats n

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider put me off for weeks- then excuse- then put me off again but recommitted to completing delivery with a discount- now NOTHING. Unacceptable- I look completely unreliable with my buyer because of this provider.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment A few days before pickup, shipper had to change his schedule. I was told several days later that he was rescheduling for this (current) week, but as of the middle of the week, he still had not contacted me with any information or dates. I gave him the option to give me a clear idea when the delivery would be made or drop me as a client. He chose the latter.

Incorrect.Schedule was unchanged. I was at your door on the 29th of March 3 days after you paid. NO ONE WAS AROUND for pickup, could not be reached by phone no health certificate, the crate was not an approved crate and there was no rabies certificate. Receiver told drivers to go buy a sack of cheeseburgers for the dog?? We tried for about 1.5 hours in your driveway to reach you. Have cell phone bill and gas purchase to prove. U went to Miami left dog w/o food & water never called w/ plan change
