After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
The provider put me off for weeks- then excuse- then put me off again but recommitted to completing delivery with a discount- now NOTHING. Unacceptable- I look completely unreliable with my buyer because of this provider.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
A few days before pickup, shipper had to change his schedule. I was told several days later that he was rescheduling for this (current) week, but as of the middle of the week, he still had not contacted me with any information or dates. I gave him the option to give me a clear idea when the delivery would be made or drop me as a client. He chose the latter.

Response from cdrkennels: Incorrect.Schedule was unchanged. I was at your door on the 29th of March 3 days after you paid. NO ONE WAS AROUND for pickup, could not be reached by phone no health certificate, the crate was not an approved crate and there was no rabies certificate. Receiver told drivers to go buy a sack of cheeseburgers for the dog?? We tried for about 1.5 hours in your driveway to reach you. Have cell phone bill and gas purchase to prove. U went to Miami left dog w/o food & water never called w/ plan change
