I did not show up at agreed upon date and time.
I was told that the proposed pick up date was not good and was working this delivery into next run.

The shipper never contacted me directly so the misinformation must have been delivered by the office administrator who called me and scheduled time. I still do not understand why shipper did not return my direct emails and phone call following the missed date I thought was scheduled per a direct email confirming we were good to go. Disappointed that others have had good service but for some reason I did not.
