The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The transporter was not able to transport my vehicles at the agreed upon time and date. I waited around on the scheduled day and was not informed that they could not transport my vehicle until I contacted them via email. I was told that they had contracted it out and the sub-contractor had cancelled four days earlier than the pick-up date. At the last minute they did contact me before my flight but by that time I had contacted another transporter that was more efficient. Things like this do
