I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period waited 2 weeks for pickup all i got was excuses did not commucnicate for last 5 days. advised them if not picked up by 2 26 to cancel they promised to call in 30 mins. that was 3 days ago. did not answer emails or return over 30 phone calls. ive heard every excuse there is and do not feel my shipment is safe with them. dan advised me he had been in an accident. he told me he had other custermers and was working the east coast. i have been more than patient. their communication is te
