The pickup of the shipment started off rough due to the remote location and the fact that the trucking company only goes to that area couple times a week. However, Mr. Ramirez worked with us and we got the shipment to their customer without any further problems. As a courtesy in response to the pickup problem, we offered a monetary compensation to Mr. Ramirez who wanted the compensation to be given to his customer instead, in which we did.

I highly recommend trying them first, before you shop with any other carriers or brokers. These guys are fast and efficient which is uncommon in this business. I've done several shipments, and used several companies, and this company was THE BEST!!

Most importantly, I am happy to have my car here after another very large company kept my vehicle a month and refused to ship it due to a brake issue. But Mark worked with me and got the job done as he said he would. I recommend this shipper for low cost vehicles without a deadline.

I like the ability to track my vehicle and call customer service when their is a problem. However, the hub and spoke system doesn't work too well for me. What I mean by that is your vehicle may get picked up and dropped of a few times before it reaches your destination; very similar to the same system the airlines use. I also don't care to pay all that money up front only to wait a couple of weeks for me vehicle to arrive.
