The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The hitch that goes in the bed of the truck that accomodates a 5th wheel RV trailer should not be the responsibility of the person that owns the trailer, but rather the person that offers the bid to tow the trailer. I have never had anyone in the past ask me to provide the hitch that goes in their truck. Does not make sense. Therefore, I'm still looking for someone to tow my RV.

ONCE AGAIN I APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING. IT WAS NOT OUR INTENT AT CBECHTEL TRANSPORT TO CONFUSE THIS MATTER. MOST PEOPLE WHEN PURCHASING A TRAVEL TRAILER OF THIS SORT WOULD INQUIRE AS TO HOW TO HAVE IT HAULED..NO ONE BUYS A FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER WITHOUT A HITCH TO GO WITH IT! NOT IF THEY EVER PLAN TO MOVE IT ANYWAY...EACH TO THEIR OWN I GUESS. I WILL TAKE THE BLAME FOR THIS ONE BECAUSE I DID NOT ASK IF THE HITCH WAS COMING WITH THE TRAILER, AS IT MOST ALWAYS DOES. THANK YOU AND GOOD LUCK

Wow, what a pleasant, positive experience it was to work with Chris, in the midst of all the hassle with the car's seller. Chris did such a great job dealing with this seller in a polite, professional way. Chris kept in touch with me all the while from the moment I booked, and he solved several issues quickly and professionally. My classic car was delivered on time and there were no issues whatsoever. Chris is friendly and reliable and I can highly recommend him.

Before the hauler cancelled with me, he wanted "me" to provide the hitch that goes in the bed of his truck. That hitch would have cost me somewhere between $800-$1200 bucks in addition to his towing fee. Before he accepts bids to transport RV 5th wheels in the future he should make sure that he has a hitch mechanism that accomodates RV 5th wheels. All he has is a ball in the bed of his truck. This must be his first RV 5th wheel tow job. I'm surprised he didn't know.
