I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I booked this on Friday August 8, 2009. I was only able to contact the provider after several phone calls and emails on August 11, 2009. I was then told they would not be "heading out for NM" in another 10 days. This is unacceptable and I was forced to find another shipping company.
