I will never give you a high ball estimate just to see if you will accept it. My bids cover my costs and give myself a modest profit, I am a one man operation with all the required licensing, permits, and insurance. I take pride in doing a great job no matter how large or small, no matter what the pay is. I also have been a customer service manager knowing that the job must be done right, and the customer should always want to do business again.
