Hi! My name is Pamela. Our family loves pets!! We transport for rescue groups, as well as breeders. EACH pet will have all the comforts that we have. They will stay in our hotel with us and will never be alone. All pets will have access to water at all times. We will stop every 1/2 tank of gas to let them out to exercise and take care of business. Should you have a new furry baby, we also have no touch policy. Their little paws will never touch the ground. I am a stickler about being sanitized. Should you choose us, you can track us along our route & Call us daily if you like. I strive to be fair with my pricing. I will consider your budget first. All payments are due at booking. We also haul larger items with our 5th wheel pickup or standard truck. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have.

A little cramped in the truck but the driver was thoughtful and I received confirmation as soon as the dogs were delivered.

We were very happy with this transaction. There was good communication at every step of the process. They went the extra mile to accommodate us. Items arrived in perfect condition and delivery was fast (didn't have set deadline but still received items quickly).

This is probably one of the most difficult feedbacks I have ever had to produce. In all good conscience, I could not award Pam and her service a positive feedback since there were so many issues. Nor can I offer her a negative because the puppies were taken care of and treated wonderfully. Michael was the most difficult clients I have ever worked with. I assume this is because he has been scammed in the past. He clearly had no idea how ground transport works. Pick up was on time and delivery of his wife's birthday present was delivered as promised. I kept in good communication with everyone involved. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider THE SERVICE PROVIDER ASKED FOR PAYMENT BEFORE PICK UP & WHEN I TOLD HER i will not pay till pick up, SHE THEN CANCELLED OUR AGREEMENT REQUEST. PRIOR TO THIS SHE KEPT CHANGING HER DAYS & TIMES OF PICK UP (over & over), IN ADDITION PRIOR TO THE CANCELLATION WHEN I TOLD HER THAT YOU SHIPS EMAIL ADVISED ME NOT TO RELEASE PAYMENT CODE BEFORE PICK UP OF MY DOG, SHE TEXT ME SAYING, "Pet transporters r mandated by the federal government which states we can receive funds @ booking." TO MANY RED FLAGS!!

I have been in constant contact with this customer for a week. Sometimes talking several days. SHE changed times of pick up several times, one because the dog was reported to become aggressive with its foster handler. Two, she couldn't get a medical clearance for the dog.after working through all of the issues...she stated she would not release the code for payment until dog was transported. I do not operate my business in such a manner nor will I postpone a delivery for another client unless 91

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My listing clearly states the weight and size requirements. Shipper attempted to pick up this heavy shipment with a short bed pickup and it is obviously too small. Shipped did not advise they would attempt to pick up with a small vehicle.

Actually, your measurements are not correct. Please review conversation to see myself and several others asked if it could be hauled in the bed of a FULL SIZE truck. Your answer was "yes" you also stated the items would be on a pallet, the tank was too heavy for one nor can they be stacked. This is simply error on your part. We are eating the cost of fuel because of it. No harsh feelings. Please list your items correctly so you can get the required transport services needed.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The service provider does not have the required trailers or trucks to get the task done. They are a pet transport service & have not background whatsoever in moving luggage/apartment stuff. Wish we had known this earlier about the provider, as we lost critical time for the move.
