I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I booked my shipment back in late October, to this day my truck still hasn't been shipped. Recently though I have received an e-mail saying the shipment has been completed, it definitely hasn't! I have been looking to cancel my shipment since about December yet the Cascade has not replied with my refund or hardly replied at all for that matter

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider communicated to the transport company that this shipment had to be picked up no later than August 31st. I continued to try and contact the Arcade representative to check on the status of the vehicle and was not able to get a response from them.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved shipping company was not listed until we were contacted by phone. when we checked later in the day it showed shipment was booked. we did not accept bid.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper was unable to accomodate. I emailed several times asking status and each time was told that a shipper was not secured yet. On 3/30/12 shipper said they cannot find a shipper, I asked for refund of the $250 I paid to the shipper and the response was, you will have to call uship. I need reimbursed my costs, I lost a lot of time and money already on this broken transaction. Please let me know asap about reimbursement. Thank you. Ron Felpel
