The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper was unable to accomodate. I emailed several times asking status and each time was told that a shipper was not secured yet. On 3/30/12 shipper said they cannot find a shipper, I asked for refund of the $250 I paid to the shipper and the response was, you will have to call uship. I need reimbursed my costs, I lost a lot of time and money already on this broken transaction. Please let me know asap about reimbursement. Thank you. Ron Felpel

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider, has been very helpful, but there has been no truck available to pick up my non running van. It has been over ten days. I am going to have the vehicle fixed then fly out to drive it back.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment after 10 days they still have not been able to locate a carrier and they have not kept in contact with the status of the vehicle shipment. Response from cascadevehicleshipping: have been in contact with this customer, I emailed the customer on the 26th with an email update. We have been unable to find a carrier to run this route. We state it takes 1-10 business days. We are currently on day 8 so we are still with in the terms.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Diminsions were given when listed. Cascade Vehicles Shipping toyed me around for 2 weeks then asked for more money. I refused to pay more. This should have never been bid on if the company did not know what they were bidding! Response from cascadevehicleshipping: The bid that went out never had dimensions on the bid. When we got those dimensions on the 2 vehicles on Friday, we realized that these vehicles were way over what the bid price was. We told Alice that we needed to price these accordingly based on the dimensions or proceed with a cancellation. If you look at the original bid request: http://www.uship.com/shipment/2-vehicles-for-transport/103693258/ the dimension are no where to be found.
