The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider has already picked up my shipment & is in possession of my personal affects. How can he cancel when he has my belongings? This is not able to be cancelled as the pick up was already done.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I feel that more than two weeks additional pick up time is fair enough. Contract said 14 days for pickup it has been 34 days since their bid was accepted. Service provider did not keep me informed when there was a problem. I have tried to contact them the past two days and no response via email or phone.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Made several attempts to contact shipper after bid was accepted, as did the vendor from whom my shipment was to be picked up. Got one email that said shipper would respond when ready ... and never heard from him again. Stated terms were pickup within 14 days ... it's now 16 days, and no pickup, and no response. Request cancellation and refund immediately. Must now book another shipper.
