The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider did not show up by the agreed upon time, and I have received no communication, either by email or phone call. Further, when I tried to reach the service provider, I received a phone message stating that his line had been disconnected. At this point, I have no choice but to cancel and book with another carrier, as I am beginning to incur storage charges on the vehicle. The service provider had agreed to pickup within 4 days of booking, and it is now over 6 days from bookin
