The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Apparently the service provider had van problems the morning of pick-up. His e-mail a day later told me that he would be unable to accommodate the pick-up because he had no transportation.

Only one person came to pick up the shipment, and he arrived about 6 or 7 hours late. I did not receive a phone call about the lateness and none of my 10+ phone calls were returned. I also received no apology. Thinking that no one was coming, I needed to carry just about everything down to my car alone. Finally, the mover showed up, but I was already driving away from the city. I needed to call a friend of mine who helped the mover carry my bigger items down into the mover's truck.
