HOW DID I GET SO LUCKY FINDING THIS SHIPPER. GREAT COMMUNICATION. REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THE SHIPMENT WORKED OUT WELL FOR US ON OUR TIMELINE & WERE VERY FLEXIBLE. Everything went good with the dogs , carol was understanding when i had truck problems and running behind ,would definitely ship for her again .

BEWARE! This is not a moving company; it is 1 guy who has a truck, hired workers from craigslist, did not protect any items, complained to my housesitters about my shipment(threatened to leave items behind), upped price 4 hours prior to delivery, demanded payment in full prior to delivery with a threat he would put my load in storage if I didn't pay, said he accepted cedit cards but could not process on his end, and now, will not communicate with me as to reimbursement for damaged item he caused

This lady is a con artist. Wasn't at pick up location & had TONS of large heavy items like sections of metal 4' x 8' fencing, trailers, farm equipment that wasn't on inventory list. Didn't return any of my phone calls for 3 days after pick. Her Visa card was declined & she's mad I wouldn't take a personal check drawn off of a Texas bank when she lived in Penn. She was there when we unload & everything was in excellent shape. Contacts me 4 weeks later trying to extort money from me. Total Nut.
