I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried contacting 'carefulship' through email and phone several times without any luck. Furthermore, the phone listed, is no longer in service. Added to the fact that their feedback is 0 and they have 1 negative feedback I'm just no longer comfortable. Also, the only one time we spoke we were having trouble agreeing on the pickup date.

We just updated all numbers as we only use uship as a secondary means of booking. we however have great service and emailed this customer on several attempts with no avail.

These three men were truly professional,polite and accomplished movers. The move for me was emotionally challanging until I saw them work, then I realized I was being taken care of and all would be well. I hope my friend who is an estate buyer has reason soon to use Carefulship as I recommended because these guys deserve the income. Thanks to everyone at A-1 Careful Movers for helping me though this trying time!!!.....P.S. Today was the first day I got the computer to work....

The service provider completed violated the terms of the User Agreement. The User Agreement states that "ALL" charges must be included in the bid price and the accpeted bid price is the price contracted upon. After the move, I was presented with an invoice totaling over $500.00 from a move that was contracted at $322.00. What's the point of going through the whole process of finding a bid that is affordable if the service provider can arbitrarily change the terms after an agreement.

After Customer kept us there an additional 11/2 hour tryingnegotiate a contract which says actual rate can vary this was a bid for a local move. Please review terms before entering incorrect and negative comments.
