This is the worst experience I have ever had with shipping an item. This company promised me delivery in nine days. After 22 days I am finally getting delivery from another shipper "Your Best Move Yet" contracted to complete the job they could not. They did nothing but lie to me from day 1 and would never give me a firm pick-up or delivery date. They used multiple excuses ranging from curvey roads, gas price increase, hurricane, tree falling on truck, etc. They even claimed to have attempt

Response from cardmovers: You refused delivery before thursday,but insisted we hold shipment 4 additional days.I told you we could not hold.I had to find another company to deliver for you,and yes,it did take extra days.Next time you need shipment,remember drivers must pAY FUEL AND EXSPENSES.wHEN YOU REQUIRE STORAGE FACILITY,THAT COSTS MORE.

Terrible experience. They never picked up the item. Lots of excuses for why item could not be picked up. INsisted on advnace payment because they had been mis-treated by other shippers yet have refused to refund my full pre-payment for shipping services.

Response from cardmovers: All apologies.Please excuse what you refer to excuses.We had shipments into your area so we could give best rate.When that fell through,we could not bare exspense to bring just your item.I tried to explain,and have another bidder take your item,but it has not worked out as yet.We have not refused refund.
