(Birmingham,AL - LA,CA).. my situation was particularly complicated because i was at the destination and needed to coordinate pickup remotely. It went smoothly. Akaki kept in good communication..(called 2 hrs before pickup) he provided multiple personal phone numbers (not the driver's) but remarkably accessible via email. replying very quickly to my messages. he called 2 hours before pickup and gave estimate for delivery 4-6 days.. picked up on wed night 7pm-delivered around noon on mon at doo

The vehicle was listed with bookitnow price. The shipper stated that the vehicle is ready to go. When bid was accepted the shipper did not answer any emails or phone calls!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Our booking details state car would be picked up within 2 days and delivered within 5 days. That did not happen. when I talked to broker he said 7 day but yet he told me that it was to be last saturday night or sunday morning but did not happen. He says he feels uncomfortable now and that he stated 7 days for pick up. We are not happy that he changes his story to suit himself and wish to cancel with him. We think we should be refunded the $86.67. Thank you.

It was made clear from the beginning that the pick up time was 7 days. First carrier who was supposed to move it right away, could not pick it up in promised time frame and the shipper could not wait 2 more days, though the rate was excellent, 25 cents per mile. We have never received any deposit as we do not charge before the actual pick up takes place.The shipper did not want to hear that and was demanding it from us regardless the fact that he paid to uship not us. Very hard person to work w!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried a number of times to reach the service provider with no response. I was finally told by the service provider that they had arranged a transport to pick up my car to-day. I have tried to contact both the transporter and the broker-service provider more than 3 times each with no response from either. This whole arrangement seems to be very unprofessional and I do not feel comfortable entrusting my $50,000 car with such poorly organized service providers.

The shipper did get all the communications promptly within 3-4 hours, the reason of delay was that he was not calling from usa and required long distance service to give him a call back. The bid was made for the pick up within 2 days but the costumer failed to give out the car within 2 days as indicated in the bid details. Still, I managed to arrange a pick up. I gave him a rate of $350 less than the price he was looking for, but in addition he wanted the truck to wait 2 days for his car.
