Cal-OK Transportation is based out of Stillwater, OK and has a terminal in Bakersfield CA (hence the name Cal-OK). We are primarily a 3/4 car carrier that can haul anything with wheels must roll on and off the trailer. We carry 1,000,000 in general liability and 100,000 in cargo insurance. Outside of this site we require a contract signed and a 50% deposit due immediately after bid has been accepted. This small fee is separate from the fee that the site charges the shipper at time of booking. Our deposit is non-refundable. We accept Cash, Bank Transfers, PayPal and a few other methods (NO CHECKS of any kind). The remaining balance is CASH on Delivery. Please read sites user agreement to understand how the sites fees works because that's normally where shippers are getting confused when dealing with the sites fee and our fee. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider all sudden could not or would not bring this equipment up. They also took half the money and have not returned it.

Marshal got impatient and hired another carrier behind our backs. We were over half way to the pickup location when he called us to inform us not to pick up the trailer. We waste our fuel and time with these guys. They wanted this trailer in an unreasonable time frame. We had other customers lined up for delivery first. An now they want the deposit back. They signed a contract that stated nonrefundable deposit. They were hard to get a hold of and had trouble getting them to sign our contracts

ed and phillis did a great job they took great care of truck even stored it at there place untill they could make the trip you could not ask for better people to do the job of transporting your vehicle very understanding if you need a transporter they are the ones to get the job done i will not hesitate to call them again there number went into my rolo dex right on top number one i just cant say enough of a great job they did for me thanks ed and phillis keep up the great work thanks joe

Ed and Philis went above and beyond the call of duty to get this trailer to me. They were suppose to tow my brand new trailer and be able to haul vehicles on it to make up the difference for the great low price they gave me, but due to trailer manufacturer problems they had to have the trailer lifted onto their trailer. They gave me a great quote. I would recommend Cal-OK Transportation to anyone. Thanks guys look forward to working with you again.

The shipper,I believe is unaware of this items condition being he lives in another state.He stated it being 5 ft wide when its merely 3 ft,also mowing deck cant be raised up and blades cant be shut off,which that alone is very dangerous.We were under the impression this was a commercial grade lawn tractor,not a tiny backyard mower.We wish him luck on this.Cal-Ok Transportation.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment My confusion is that the trucker said they are uncomfortable with me. I did nothing wrong. I am on a gov't project where my phone doesn't work EXCEPT to receive emails. Pouring concrete today I still left the job twice to try to resolve the problem. I have done nothing wrong, PAYPAL is the problem and I have no clue why they are holding up the process. PAYPAL has now cost me several hundred dollars by not having my shipment here on Monday. PAYPAL is at fault.

Mitch seems like a good guy,just a tad unrealistic.We blew a tire,rather than call road service which is in our contract had us monkey around and loose valuable time going from tire shop to tire shop.We got them over 250 miles for him and rather than droping trailers on I-35 as he requested we took them to a safe gated uhaul storage.Trailers were to be road ready and said to have spares,no spares,no current tags.We to still had two days according to booking details,but not soon enough for him.

WOW!! What great service. Bid was completed late Sat PM. car was picked up in CA. on WED. delivered in OK. on Fri. in perfect condition. Even though Philis and Ed were unable to move it themselves they had one of there other haulers in there network move it. Phillis handled all the details and kept me informed. These are great hard working people that I would highly recomend. Also the rate was great.

This was not ready for shipping with the blades not stopping do to an incorrect size belt, and the deck being way to low and a flat tire. We did not want to take a chance of damaging the lawn mower deck and blades or our trailer. Wish you the best of Luck shipping this item.

I want to cancel this shipment due to I am uncomfortable with this shipper after speaking with him last night and he was skeptical on paying our deposit which he said he read our terms and understood before accepting our bid. Then He paid the deposit on Paypal and now Paypal is got the payment pending for 24 to 48 hours due to possible fraudulent or something wrong with the senders account and that there was nothing that we
