The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The Service Provider (SP) did not show with the load at the agreed upon time and place... Monday Feb 13, 2012. I spoke to the SP on Friday and he told me they sent a box truck but needed a flat bed (which I originally told him he would need) but he would still deliver the load at 1pm on Monday Feb 13th. I had a crew and rented equipment standing by all day and no delivery. I had started calling the SP at 11am to make sure the delivery was on schedule but only got an answering machine. I calle

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Unable to communicate effectively with shipper. Called left voicemails that went unreturned. Finally I spoke with Calvin last Thursday and resent emails without response. I gave Calvin my telephone number and asked him to call me in 20minutes if he didnt recieve the emails and I would fax the details.
He didn't call me back ???
Our instructions require an appointment to pick up the load and they didn't even contact us about the shipment.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I spoke to the calvin directly he new of the sizes of the skids whih was in my request for pickup, they did not pickup on friday, When i spoke to calvin he promised it would be picked up monday and driven straight thru to be to my warehouse on Wednesday, When trucker got to warehouse on Monday he wanted more money and said it would NO WAY be there by Wednesday. This is the second freight forwarder that screwed me on this system

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Cala40 confirmed that he could handle this shipment in writing even after the situation changed slightly. He promised pick-up and delivery at a specific date and time, but just DIDN'T SHOW UP and stopped answering my calls or emails. He completely disappeared and I couldn't contact him through a ridiculous amount of attempts.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider stated that the equipment had been prepared for shipping a week ago and that shipping would have occurred 10/03/2011. After being unable to contact the service provider through phone calls/messages,I have contacted the present location today and they informed that none of the assertions above happened. Since such 15 days has passed without shipment and that the provider misrepresented the fact that the item had been prepared for shipment, I am no longer comfortable with him

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Before I accepted the bid, I asked if the current wrapped condition would be acceptable and safe to ship. I was told that it was ok. When the shipment was scheduled through Fed Ex freight (which was unexpected)the driver refused to pick up the item in the present wrapped condition on the grounds that it was going to get damaged and they didn't want to pay an insurance claim.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipment I described (printing press on a pallet, 1600lbs, residence-to-residence) was not able to be shipped using the UPS and FEDEX freight options that were arranged through this shipper. That said, the shipper was very good at trying to get trucks to come to me on time and with the right equipment on boards, getting a same-day carrier switch even, but the equipment just didn't match the load and could not access my shipment.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I sent an email right after booking the load, to confirm when they would pick up as I needed to get it ready for shipping. This involves moving it OUTSIDE, and once packed for shipping it can not be moved back inside. Finally after several days we were told they would pick up on Friday (one day late). They called Friday morning said they would arrive between 12PM and 5PM. It is now 5:45 and they have not shown up or called to explain why they are late. I need to leave. And my shipment is sitting
