He made sure i had the right directions and that the car would be ready for me. Also, he suggested a place that had enough room to unload and met me there to help. A truly great guy and customer, would gladly work for him again.

Great communication and he took good care of my old benz. The car was no easy job since it had air suspension and was not running. Dustin took care of it and he even helped me drag it onto my property. Great guy! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He did not leave my property until he made sure I got the car in my driveway. He also helped immensely!! I have never had a transporter who was as nice as Robert. Great Price!! I would recommend Robert to ANYONE!!!

They kept in constant communication and were able to move a non-op with air suspension issues! I highly recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use them again!

But this was due to the fact that the car was in Creede, Colorado, which is far from the beaten path. The actual shipper that picked up the car was great, stayed in communication and delivered the car quickly. I was very happy in the end after the long wait. Response from Texbiz09: thank you for being a great understanding customer and hope that others customers that read this understand that location does play a big role in this business.
