The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Hi I have been intouch with the customer and asked them to check the weight of the item for me as when i googled the item it was 12 ton and not 8 ton as per description. I can not carry a 12 ton machine on my truck as it would put me over weight. I have spoken with this customer and told them to contact you asap. I am not happy as i have arranged other items for this trip that now will have to be moved. I wish they had put the correct weight in the description in the fist place and i would not h
