A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have been trying to reach the customer via email and via phone. I have not had a response from the customer as to why they need to cancel this shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Tried to get a hold of shipper and co-ordinate for and exact time and day. No returned call to schedule. Must be done on a Saturday nd no other day.
Response from applog:
We sent numerous emails and did not receive any return calls to schedule with this carrier.
