I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period This customer is unable to be reached Phone call goes to a NYC number that says she doesnt live there Our men showed up at her address and there was no person listed on the apt bldg list Cosmic

Cosmictrucking's feedback is inaccurate. First, the "NYC number that says she doesnt live there" isn't feasible since the number on my profile is my current cell phone number and I use it every, single day. Second, his men did not show up at my address because I live in a 24-hour a day doorman building and there is no "apt bldg list." In fact, all the doormen, the porter, the handyman and the Super were waiting for Cosmictrucking. I was also sitting in the lobby waiting for them.

Communication was excellent. As soon as I accepted the bid, I was in contact with them. They were perfectly on time and very courteous, but they didn't wrap my sofa and had great difficulty removing it from the apartment, struggling for more than an hour. In the end, they carried it down 7 flights of stairs because they couldn't fit it in the elevator (even though it had come up that way). While spacial relations may not be their strong-suit, their pleasant attitude made up for it.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The Service Provider did not show up. I could not reach the Service Provider because the telephone number listed on its profile is incorrect and is a private number to an individual in Massachusetts; in addition, it didn't respond to emails sent to the Yahoo address listed on its profile nor to the emails I sent through USHIP attempting to reach it.
