I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment I did not know our insurance company that we had was getting away from insuring boats being towed, so they canceled the policy. I did not get that feedback from my father until the day my bid was accepted. He was scrambling to get another binder secured so that we could provide the proof of insurance to the customer. This is just a Murphy's law scenerio. I would not have placed my bid or my reptutaion on the line if I had know there was a problem. The binder will be done in a few days.

David provided quality and courteous service through the whole process. We asked for proof of insurance. He provided to us quickly. On time pick up and delivery.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services We asked for proof of insurance that was presented in user's profile. Provider provided proof of insurance. We contacted insurance company to verify. Insurance company told us that insurance was not in place. We brought up the issue to Monty, who said that his father was changing insurance companies, but they could not get a binder sent to us for this trip. Monty said they would get a binder to us next week. He suggested that we cancel this deal and work outside of uShip on this trip. We

Our insurance company that we were using notified us that they will no longer insure boats being towed that day, so they cancelled the policy. Murphy's law scenerio played when bid was accepted. I would not have placed my bid or my reptutaion on the line if I had know there was a problem with the insurance. My father and co-owner was scrambling Friday to get the binder done to show proof to the client. The binder would not be ready until Monday. Client did not want to wait a few more days.
