Finally got the bike just under 2 months after signing contract. Once they finally shipped the bike 5 weeks after holding it in Wisconsin terminal, they were quick and efficient. Bike was undamaged and overall I was pleased once they were actually able to put the bike on a truck. Kevin Squibb Calgary Alberta

no excuses it just took too long - we are addressing the issue and have added drivers to our staff to cut down on delays.
