A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Initial communication was good. I gave Joe two week notice that the date on my shipment had changed, and he assured me that he could accommodate that request. When it came time to schedule a specific pick-up time, however, I could no longer reach him. As I am only in the area for a few days and am only available to get this done within that time frame, I could no longer wait around to hear from him.

this was a book it now when i called whitney she changed the dates twice,we changed our route so we could service this shipment,told her i would call late thursday or early friday to get exact time the next thing i know she wants to cancel,we did everthing poss to make this happen,we waisted our gas and time for nothing

we put the dates in that we would ship this then after it was booked they needed other dates,they should have looked at the dates before they accepted the dates
