He delivered my vintage couch across California in great shape. He was courteous and thorough - calling me to inform me of his whereabouts often. Having used many other movers and knowing the moving business in which delays etc. almost always occur - I've moved many times in the past years - Joe is hands down the most knowledgeable, hard working, and well intentioned mover I have ever worked with. Will use him again without thinking- A real professional. Thank you Joe!

Joe did not deliver the item on the day we had agreed, couldn't commit to delivering on any other day, and couldn't guarantee that the piece would fit in his truck (despite knowing the dimensions). We know have to find another delivery person.

I never said , I wouldn't pick up the item , the customer cancelled this job , not me. Furthermore , she accepted the bid , but does not want to pay the full price she accepted.Also, she wanted me to give correct pickup and delivery time , which is impossible.I offered 2 different days to complete the job, but she said ,her husband wasn't home on these days therefore she couldn't take delivery.I'm glad she cancelled this order, this would have been a lot of trouble.

Driver was easy too contact for intial exchange of information. Minor changes to the shipment size were accomodated. Pickup and dropoff went well very. Saved a bunch of money and he is prompt courteous and efficient.

I had a great experience with Joe. Turned out my shipment was on the same trip the negative lady described (broken down truck in Oreon). Joe was great in touching base right away, informing me and the pickup place about the situation and letting me know what delays to expect. The shipment arrived in absolutely perfect condition a few days later than originally expected, and the price, friendliness and service were just great. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe further.

Joe was a very nice guy to deal with. I’m a real good judge of character, and this is a fine, trustworthy man. He was able to pick up the item on short notice. He kept in touch with me about his delivery schedule, and carefully padded the furniture. I highly recommend him, and I plan to use him again soon to ship some more furniture.

This shipper was GREAT and picked up item within ONE hour of comitting to do so. He was courteous and helpful and went out of his way to deliver my item for a very good price that I was more than happy with. Dont listen to the nitpicky lady who gave this guy negative feedback.

Joe was great, even though we ended up mututally cancelling the transaction because my mother changed her mind about shipping the piano at the last minute. I would definitely use Joe as a driver again in the future!!!
