driver arrived early. He was unhappy I had wrapped chair in plastic. He loaded the chair in the van so that all the weight was on the 2 front legs, making them prone to break. I had to request that he fix that. He wanted cash up front. Mutual decision to cancel was made on the spot.

The chair was already loaded on the truck and I decided to bring it back into the house because of constant complaining by the customer and customer being unable to provide payment on either end.I'm not a person to easily decine a $110 shipment but I also have some dignity and was not treated by the customer accordingly. Decision to cancel was mine , not mutual, thats a lie.

Joe just completed a coast to coast move for me that could not have gone any better. He is a very professional, hard working individual that made the delivery when he said he would. He stayed in contact with me through out the move and gave me plenty of notice for final delivery.I highly recomend Joe and would use him again.

I could not make pickup arrangements due to adverse weather conditions in the Chicago area, but picked up and moved the item at a later date to the fullest satisfaction of the customer.
