Damage to ceramic floor tiles due to lack of protection from dolly wheels. Driver said marks would clean up easily. They won't clean up even with a Brillo pad. Also, grand piano pedal board completely dissassembled into it's smallest component parts which were delivered in a plastic bag. I can't find a single piano mover or repair technician who thinks this was a good idea or necessary. I thought I would save money, but I'm out at least $150 for repairs. Hire a pro. Cheaper in the long run

Are you kidding?YOUR piano movers(movers you hired locally to move the piano into the house) caused the marks , not me!If you had cleaned up your driveway from snow and ice , maybe the marks would not be there.The movers, you hired were unprofessional, I had nothing to do with the move into the house. There was no damage at the pickup locatio, was there?

I had a really great experience with Joe. Joe kept me informed about the situation related to pickup & delivery. Piano is not an easy item to move - And mine is not a small antique piano and is very heavy. But Joe exactly knew how to handle it! My piano arrived in absolutely PERFECT condition. He is a very professional, hard working person who keeps promises. His friendliness and service were just great. I would definitely hire him again.

Joe provided excelent service. He showed up when he said, and delivered when he said. He loaded and protected each piece of furniture, and delivered in same condition as shipped. I will use Joe again for my shipping needs. He also charged me what he bid for the items that I shipped. Thanks Joe.
