I'm giving Joe a positive rating because we picked the low bid and were not on a schedule to move our clothes dryer. Joe is very flexible with his schedule, so our pick-up was initially moved back a few days, then a few more, then some more to accomodate changes with his other shipments. As I mentioned, this wasn't a problem for us and once Joe picked up the dryer he transported it quickly and without damage. If I wasn't on a schedule, I'd pick him again.

Joe was so GREAT! He was very communicative and so professional. Not only was he punctual but he was extremely reliable. And, we got a bonus German lesson as my son is going to Germany. Will definitely use again!
