He did not call. I called him and did receive a call back in which he stated that he had a broken truck and it would be at least a week. I requested a phone call with an exact date and he laughed at me, stated sarcastically that for a $100 job he didn't owe me anything and that I could just ship UPS. He then hung up on me. This shipper is rude and unprofessional. He is also unreliable. Response from budget: I'm stuck with a broken truck in Oregon. When I informed the shipper about the situation , she demanded that i picked up her item(1 box)regardless of the situation. In my opinion this person needs mental help.

When there was a delay due to rains in the East, he contacted me and we were able to get thedelivery rescheduled in a timely fashion. Item received by my mother in perfect condition and his fee was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again. Great service.
