Hauler will not return phone calls or emails. I want my deposit back and I want to find another hauler. I don't trust this one iwth my trailer to be hauled to Phoenix. AZ

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Mike Hyrkas was suppose to pick up the new holland skid steer by march 2 he did not pick it up and kept giving stories and pushing the date back all the time. As of march 3 storage fees started to kick in on the skid steer at $20.00 a day. It ended up costing me in storage fees $160.00 I also asked for a contract from Mike stateing that he would pick it up from its location and deliver it to the agreed drop off point for the agreed amount of $1366.50 by email twice and he did not respond at all

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
the provider did not get all the info forwarded to him from his home base he showed up with too small a rig i gave him some money for the fuel to offset his trip to me out of my pocket ( no problem)
i need to relist this shipment or i may try to contact the other responders will my down stoke of$238.20 apply if i use one of your other responders ?

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
I have repeatedly tried to contact the shipper by email and phone to make final arrangements to ship the snow cat. They have not responded to my attempts. Today I found a listing for a tractor to be shipped to my location. After looking at the listing carefully I discover it is my snow cat. They had no intention of actually shipping and are now playing broker at a reduced rate for the transportation. That is not the deal as discussed in the bid. Shipment was delivered in perfect condition. The Service Provider was professional and communicated adequately through text message, phone calls and email. we were very happy with this, our first experience with UShip. There were no delays at either end, amazing considering that this was a cross country shipment!
