Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I was a little wary as a few minutes after the bid was accpted I recewived a call to book the shipment and they were requesting a credit card immediately. After I did a little more search I asked a few more questions to them. Later the phone number I had for them says it's disconnected and they are not respoding to any emails I have sent. I have not sent them any money as I was a little wary of them. The only money was the deposit to uShip.

We have been waiting the whole time because he said he didn't have the money and his father did something wrong and yes we do take credit card information before any job as we have run into customers giving bounced checks depending on the job and amount we usually take half down and half on delivery we repeatly tried to call customer and emailed customer with no responce
