Rating: Cancellation Left by: montauto (117 ) On: 9/22/2009 For: 1950 Buick Wagon	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Customer / Shipper listed his vehicle for transportation via open trailer and after accepting the bid, he requested cancellation stating that he needs an enclosed trailer, which we can provide, however he never gave us the opportunity to do so.

Excellent dealings with Russ. He picked up and delivered when he said he would. The communication throughout the deal was great and his trailer was clean. I will use him again.

The bid clearly states that is for open car carrier, because in your description you're requesting an open carrier and not enclosed. We could've provide you with an enclosed as well, if you didn't request the cancellation 5 minutes after you accepted the bid. Good luck.
