9/17/2007	Shipper	Cancellation	SafeandSoundTrasnport (0)	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it. Me and the customer did speak with each other over his shipment. I did inform the customer that I could no longer accommodate him with his shipment because of a conflicting shipment prior to his. Then he said he would call me back to try and do something different with this vehicle. I professionally gave him ample amount of time in his request of the cancellation notice. He then called and asked me could I pick the vehicle up and deliver it to Alabama and deliver it to his friend. I did tell him View Listing
