AWFUL experience! THIS MAN IS A CROOK! COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BECAUSE HE LIED ABOUT THE TIME HE WOULD ARRIVE after several promises.. 6.5 hrs late Because he did not relaize his truck was broken until 4 hrs after he was due to arrive. HE THEN NEVER COMPLETED MOVE!! Drove belongings to NC, threw everything in the garage, took his payment then left without bringing anything into home...stating his back hurt! DO NOT BOOK! SAVE UR MONEY! He will not return any calls. FRAUD!!!!!!!!

Moving and delivery was easy for me because of their professionalism. They informed me that pick up would be a little later than anticipated, but they still came within the quoted window of time. My belongings were delivered to their new location, over a thousand miles away, promptly and all of my items arrived. I was not there to receive them, but David and his son stayed in contact with my liaison and were able to move my belongings in, leaving me worry free. Superb!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and care that my house hold goods were packed and delivered exactly the way I wanted it done. The move went off without a hitch. I would certainly use them again, if I ever move again!!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services They did not pick up within 5 days of winning bid as was in the terms. The first number I received from them was no longer working. David was hard to get a hold of and not very good at communicating. When we agreed upon a pick up time they called an hour after they were suppose to show up to reschedule for the next morning. When they showed up they moved all the stuff into the truck and then tried to change terms of payment. I felt like i was being held hostage and in a shake down. Th

customer lied about the amount of items he had i showed up on Saturday july the 21st at 8 Am as agreed when i got there he had 19 boxes not 7 in addition he also have a bike, a dining table a rug, a Queen size mattress that he never mention i told him that i will not be able to take all of this from ny to texas for this price the price we agreed on was only for the items we agreed on so i cancel the job so he decided to lie about what happend infact i call him the same day he booked.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Seems like a nice guy on the phone but didn't come through. Despite repeated promises of a delivery date, a day after he was supposed to show up I got a cancel notice with no specific reason. This is now costing me additional money in storage rent, not to mention the disappointment and the aggravation of having to start over. Very unprofessional. Whatever happened to honoring an agreement? I'd have some respect for this company if someone had contacted me personally. Very disappointed.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider contacted me and stated he would no longer be able to complete this shipment. The original date was for May 30, 2012 and then postponed to June 1, 2012 and then alerted to cancellation on June 2, 2012. My belongings are in a storage unit and I have to schedule a move out date and I have incurred additional cost because of the cancellation of this shipment. I would request my deposit returned ASAP.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hi, My husband and I are writing to request that our deposit be returned. Originally we arranged to move out yesterday morning but our shipper cancelled because of a family emergency. Although he cancelled the hour he was supposed to arrive (7:30 am), we were understanding about it and rescheduled for today at 7:30 am. However he called today at 7:30 am when he was supposed to arrive to delay until the afternoon. He was also aware of our building's strict move-out window of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm wh
