Phone numbers were NOT bogus, but were out of the USA! We returned EVERY email! We paid a $72 deposit which has NOT been refunded!

Services were not performed because origin customer would not respond to arrange for pick-up. Monies were refunded to customer. Shipper/3rd party seller of commodity was not a instrument in helping to secure an appointment. After failure of securing a pick-up, the seller of the commodity blamed us, the carrier, for this neglegence. We seemed to be the second carrier that had this problem. We over communicated our needs, but the shipper would not assist to complete the transaction.

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
I have talked to the receiver/destination; however I cannot talk to the seller nor the shipper. This shipment is not what the receiver is wanting. It also weighs about 600 # more than the listing and is 11' long not 8' long. THIS WAS AN URGENT LISTING and contact cannot be made to provide the shipment.

We were shipping an item that we had never seen and the seller did not give us the proper measurments or weight. Another shipper on Uship took it at the added weight and lengith for MUCH less then this shipper that refused the pick up!
